This 1 ½ storey workers cottage was built in 1905. The design features a gable roof trimmed with intricately carved bargeboard. The open front porch is decorated with columns, carving detail, and brackets. The home originally belonged to John Dietz. Dietz was a stone cutter who lived at the address for over forty years.
