This 1 ½ storey workers cottage was built in 1909. The house offers simple details such as a gable roof, skylight, and open porch. The first owner of the home was James A. Robertson of the Brandon-Robertson Manufacturing Co. He did not stay at the home longer than two years. Throughout its history, the home has also been occupied by CPR fireman Thomas Wilson, Post Office clerk Albert Driscoll, and CPR engineer William Latimer.
