Built in 1937, this home was originally owned by William and Clara Agnew. William was an engineman for the CPR; Clara worked as a nurse. In 1943, the home was sold to Robert J. Christian, manager of Anglo Canadian Oil Ltd. Christian resided at the address until 1945, when it was reacquired by Clara Agnew, now a widow. Clara remained at the house for over ten years.

The Bungalow-style home has a hipped gable roof with shed dormers and a pent extension. The design boasts a large brick chimney. The exterior is also decorated with windows featuring side lights, shutters, and decorative sills and voussoirs.
