Designed by Frank C. Lissaman, this Bungalow-style home was built in 1926. The design features a gable roof with shed dormers, wide eaves, and brackets. The exterior offers such details as pilasters, an enclosed porch, and a large brick chimney. The windows are accented by bevelled glass and decorative surrounds and voussoirs. The home was originally owned by Paul F. Weisbrod, who was employed as an assistant supervisor with the CPR. From 1945 to 1955, the house belonged to William McAllister, a department manager at Eatons.
