This Classic Revival-style home was built in 1893. The two-storey structure offers details such as a gable roof and a tall, brick chimney. The design is accented with a decorative shingle belt, decorative surrounds, and a pediment with decorative brackets. The earliest known owner of the house is Charles S. Squires. Squires was a druggist and optician who managed N.J. Halpin & Co.
