This 1 ½ storey workers cottage was built in 1901. Simple in its design, the home features a gable roof, detailed chimney, and an enclosed porch. Attached to the enclosed porch is an open porch with verandah detailing. The home has been occupied by many different owners throughout its history; most owners did not stay more than two years. The longest-staying occupant was CPR employee John Fedorowich, who moved to the address in 1943. He and his wife, Annie, resided here with their children for over ten years.
