This Italianate-style building was constructed in 1908. The flat roof is decorated with a battlement, brick corbelling, and a pendant. Pilasters and a decorative brick belt embellish the exterior walls. The windows are decorated with lintels and voussoirs. The original occupant of the building is unknown; however, throughout its history, the building has been occupied by a grocery store, a bakery, and a barber shop. In 1941, the building was converted to an apartment block under the name Warwick Apartments.
