The Brandon Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee (MHAC) will compile sites across the city that may have heritage value every few years. MHAC will then reach out to owners of these sites to determine if further investigation is required to consider designation as a Municipal Heritage Site. This category exists only for information, prioritization and research purposes for MHAC. There are no legal protections or obligations on a potential heritage site or its owners. A potential heritage site does not qualify for the Municipal Heritage Incentive Program.
