This two-storey home was constructed in 1887. The design features a gable roof, decorative gable, and open porch. The windows are accented by canopies and lunette detailing. Throughout its history, the home frequently changed ownership, and at one point sat vacant for nearly ten years. The longest-staying occupant of the home was Juvenile Court probation officer Roy B. Hunter, who purchased the home in 1929 and stayed for over twenty years.
