The Gothic Revival-style home that used to stand at 202 13th Street was built as early as 1906. The large home featured a steeply-pitched gable roof interrupted by arched dormers. A decorative gable was trimmed with heavy, intricately-carved bargeboard. The design also incorporated an enclosed porch and a bay window. Some of the home’s past occupants included Joseph Lott, shoe retailer and co-owner of Nash & Lott; Alfred E. Bullock, a builder/contractor whose home and office was located at the address; Dawson B. McPherson, manager of Massey-Harris Co. Ltd.; and real estate agent Harry Scott, of D.H. Scott & Son Ltd. The home has recently been demolished.
