The Bell Block was built by the Bell Brothers in 1893. The building was erected at a cost of approximately $25,000. In 1914, the name was changed to the Victoria Block. It was again renamed in 1931, becoming Daymin Court. Businesses that have occupied the storefront include Brandon Heating & Plumbing Co. Ltd.; Bell Grocery; Mitrou Candy Co.; piano retailer M.O. Hedley & Co.; and eye, ear, nose and throat specialist Dr. Agnew. During the Second World War, Daymin Court hosted Normal School classes due to the fact that the school itself was being used as a military training centre.

The block’s design features a canted corner, intricate brick belt, and pilasters. Rows of segmental windows are adorned with decorative sills and voussoirs. The main entrance is slightly recessed and is surrounded by columns, a decorative brick voussoir, and carving detail.
