This imposing multi-family dwelling was built by the Bell Brothers in 1892. It is the largest and one of the oldest four-unit terraces in the neighbourhood. The gables and roofline, supplemented by small dormer windows on the roof, give a sense of the immense craftsmanship and architectural quality that went into its construction. The peak of each gable is highlighted with elaborately patterned brick-work, including an infilled arch known as a blind arch. The building was later converted to apartments.
