Built in 1902, this ½ storey workers cottage belonged to CPR employees for over fifty years. The first was Robert J. Bullard, a CPR blacksmith who lived at the address until 1913, when he moved next door to 119 Russell Street. From 1913 to 1947, the home was owned by CPR employee James A. Baxter. It was then sold to J.D. McInnes, a CPR engineman.  The design features a gable roof, decorative gable, and moulded trim. The home’s front exterior offers an enclosed porch, while the rear exterior offers an open porch with columns. The exterior also boasts a stained glass window.
