The exterior also boast an open porch, a pendant, and canted bay windows on both storeys. The windows are accented with decorate voussoirs and stained glass. The longest-staying occupant of the house was William J. McComb. McComb was in the loan business, as a partner in the firm Campbell & McComb. He took up residence at 1027 Louise Avenue in 1909 and lived at the address for over twenty years.
