This small workers cottage was built in 1939. The simple design offers such details as a gable roof, a structural overhang over the front door, and decorative window surrounds. The earliest known owner was John Tweedie. Tweedie, a CPR employee, lived here until 1949. The home then belonged to Peter and Jessie Sador for over ten years.
