This single-storey workers cottage was constructed in 1905. The design features a pyramidal roof and an enclosed porch. For much of its history, the home has been occupied by CPR employees. The longest-staying occupant of the home was CPR employee James H. Roberts. Roberts purchased the home in 1919 and resided here for over thirty years.
