This one-storey workers cottage was built in 1913. Both the roof and the exterior walls feature curved corners. The design also incorporates a bay window, structural overhang, and window shutters. The home has been occupied by many workers employed in Brandon’s industrial district. Past occupants include CPR employee Thomas Clark, bricklayer Frederick Green, and CPR employee Cecil R. Campbell.
