This Queen Anne-style home was built as early as 1905. The design features a gable roof with a decorative gable. The roof is trimmed with dentils and moulding. The design also offers an open porch and a second storey balcony. The home originally belonged to James S. Gibson. Gibson was a government inspector, and resided at the address until his death in 1933. The home remained in the family for another ten years, being occupied by James’ son, Harry M. Gibson. In 1945, the house was converted into two suites.
