This single-storey workers cottage was built in 1909. The simple design features a hipped roof and structural overhang. The front windows used to be decorated with canopies, but they have recently been removed. The home’s first owner was retired worker Robert McClement. Like most workers cottages, the house has been home to many different owners throughout its history.
