This 1 ½ storey workers cottage was built in 1909. The roof is gable-shaped and trimmed with dormers, dentils, and moulding detail. Other characteristics include flared walls, an enclosed porch, and display windows. The windows are embellished with bevelled and stained glass. For the first fifty years of its existence, the home was owned by two CPR engineers, consecutively: William Webb until 1921, and Abner Allison until 1958.
