The home at 411 22nd Street was built in 1927 by Edmund Fulcher, a contractor who built many of the houses on the street, including his own at 404 22nd Street. The design features a gable roof with wall and  gable-shaped dormers. The dormers are decorated with shingle belts and Gingerbread detailing. The windows are embellished with shutters, flower boxes, and canopies. The original owner was Alexander Robertson. Robertson worked as a plumber with Yates, Neale & Co. He resided here until 1943, when the house was sold to optometrist Charles A. Campbell.
