This Art Moderne-style building was constructed in 1943. The design features double-hung windows and a gable roof with exposed beams. The most prominent characteristic of the building is its decorative Boomtown fa├žade. The building was originally occupied by the Manitoba Dairy & Poultry Co-op Ltd.
