This 1 ½ storey workers cottage was built in 1913. The design features elements of the Queen Anne style such as a gable roof, an open verandah, and columns. The home also offers a second storey balcony with intricately carved trim. The house originally belonged to Charles Wilkinson, a miller who was employed at the Western Canada Flour Mills Co. Wilkinson and his wife lived at the address until 1925. In 1937, Wilkinson returned to the home.  From 1947 to 1954, the house was co-owned by Charles Hill, a clerk at Ted Hill’s Meat Market. After Charles Wilkinson’s death in 1955, Hill continued to live in the home.
